Based on the information you provide on your questionnaire, I will build you your comprehensive Training and Nutrition program that matches your body type, experience, and overall Health and Fitness goals. With this 30 Day Transformation Program, we will be able to build a foundation and start to break through plateaus in your pursuit of Transforming your body. This program includes a customized Meal and Training Program. Not to bash on the fitness industry, but most meal plans given by personal trainers are pretty dull and boring; chicken and rice, chicken and rice, etc. With my Meal Plans, you have the flexibility to choose foods that YOU enjoy all while achieving your goals.

Each meal plan I provide includes a Macronutrient Breakdown (Protein, Carbohydrate, Fats per meal) along with a table of approved foods. This allows you not only the flexibility in your meals but will also allow you to LEARN which foods work best for you. This program also comes with a Basic 6 Pack Ab routine, proven to develop that desired 6 Pack from workouts that I have evolved over the years. Each week we will check-in via photos and text discussing your week to week progress.
